These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including yacht charter companies ("Partners") and individuals seeking to book yacht charters ("Clients").

Monaco Yachts provides an online platform that connects yacht charter companies with potential clients. We facilitate the discovery, booking, and payment process for yacht charters worldwide. Our services include: • Yacht listing and search functionality • Secure booking and payment processing • Communication tools between Partners and Clients • Review and rating system • Customer support services

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Promptly update any changes to your information • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4.1 Booking Process: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the yacht charter company. A booking is not confirmed until full payment (or deposit, as specified) is received. 4.2 Payments: We use secure, PCI-compliant payment processing. Payment methods include credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers for larger amounts. 4.3 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation terms vary by yacht and are clearly stated at the time of booking. Generally: • 60+ days before charter: Full refund minus processing fees • 30-60 days before charter: 50% refund • Less than 30 days: No refund 4.4 Disputes: Payment disputes should be reported within 72 hours of the transaction.

Charter companies using our platform agree to: • Provide accurate yacht specifications and availability • Maintain proper licensing and insurance • Respond to booking inquiries within 24 hours • Honor confirmed bookings at the stated price • Comply with all applicable maritime laws and regulations • Maintain yacht safety standards

Clients using our platform agree to: • Provide accurate personal information for bookings • Comply with the yacht's rules and crew instructions • Report any damages promptly • Respect the security deposit terms • Not engage in illegal activities during the charter

All content on the Monaco Yachts platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Monaco Yachts or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Monaco Yachts acts as an intermediary between Partners and Clients. We are not responsible for: • The condition or performance of yachts • Actions or omissions of Partners or crew • Weather conditions or natural events • Personal injury during charters (except where caused by our direct negligence) Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid to Monaco Yachts for the relevant booking.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Monaco. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Monaco courts.
